Dacă nu te-ai autentificat niciodată în aplicație, nu avem nicio dată despre tine. Tot progresul e pe telefonul tău și dispare când dezinstalezi aplicația.

Datele locale, de pe telefon

Se șterg imediat, fără să ne ceri nimic: dezinstalează aplicația, sau intră în Setări → Aplicații → WordFall → Stocare → Șterge datele. Asta elimină statisticile, setările, provocările și temele deblocate.

Datele din cloud, dacă te-ai autentificat cu Google

Trimite un email la icatalindumitru@gmail.com cu subiectul „Ștergere cont WordFall”, de pe adresa cu care te-ai autentificat — așa știm că ești titularul contului și nu avem nevoie de nicio altă dovadă.

Ce ștergem, în cel mult 30 de zile:

profilul tău din Cloud Firestore: partide, punctaj, cuvinte găsite, cel mai lung cuvânt, seria de zile, realizările
intrările tale din toate clasamentele, cu tot cu numele afișat
contul de autentificare din Firebase Authentication, cu adresa de email și identificatorul de utilizator

Ce nu putem șterge la cerere individuală:

Analytics — datele sunt agregate și nelegate de identitatea ta; se șterg automat după cel mult 14 luni
Rapoartele de blocare (Crashlytics) — se șterg automat după aproximativ 90 de zile

Primești confirmare pe email după ștergere. Poți începe oricând din nou, cu un cont nou.

If you never signed in, we hold no data about you — everything stays on your phone and disappears when you uninstall the app.

Local data: uninstall the app, or go to Settings → Apps → WordFall → Storage → Clear data. That removes your stats, settings, challenges and unlocked themes.

Cloud data (if you signed in with Google): email icatalindumitru@gmail.com with the subject “Delete WordFall account”, from the address you signed in with — that is how we verify you own the account, so no other proof is needed.

Within 30 days we delete your Cloud Firestore profile (games, score, words found, longest word, day streak, achievements), all of your leaderboard entries including your display name, and your Firebase Authentication account with its email address and user id.

Two things cannot be deleted per individual request: Analytics data, which is aggregated and not tied to your identity and expires automatically after at most 14 months, and crash reports, which expire after roughly 90 days.

You will get an email confirmation once the deletion is done. You can start fresh with a new account at any time.
